Test locations for passengers departing from Switzerland
COVID-19 tests are carried out by qualified personnel in the check-in area of the T2 terminal at Genève Aéroport's test center operated by m3 SANITRADE. The centre is also dimensioned in order to be able to accommodate local demands in particular in the airport surroundings. Opening times are 6h00 to 19h00, 7 days a week. The m3 SANITRADE offer includes rapid antigenic tests carried out on with results in 15 minutes as well as PCR tests carried out in partnership with a Geneva laboratory with results within 24 to 36 hours. In the event of a negative test, passengers are issued a travel certificate. Tests for Genève Aéroport passengers are offered at the rate of CHF 65 for the rapid antigen test and CHF 150 for the PCR test. For passengers, payment is made directly on site.
Passengers departing from Zurich Airport
Passengers flying from Zurich to Amsterdam will be able to perform an antigen rapid test for Sars-Cov-2 / COVID-19 at the airport after check-in at airside in the test lounge (www.viselio.com/zrh). Opening Hours from 05.00h – 18.00h (if no KL1952, open from 07.30h). Please make sure you arrive at least 2 hours before departure at Check-In for this offer! Pre-Registration is strongly recommended under www.viselio.com/zrh . The cost of the Antigen Rapid Test is CHF 100.- (accepted payment methods: Credit Card, Debit Card, no cash, no Postfinance card). The certificate will be provided by email (printing option available).
Passengers departing from Basel Airport
The COVID test center will reopen in Basel-Mulhouse Airport on Monday, February 15th and this for 4 months, it will be located in front of our check-in counters, level departure hall 1.
Two possible tests: PCR and Antigens For French nationals, the tests will be covered by the health insurance, for others, the rates are:
- PCR test, 100euros, result in 12 hours
- Antigenic test, 40euros, result in 30mns
from Monday to Saturday from 07:30 to 12:30. (Last opportunity to take a PCR test is at 11:15.) on Sundays from 08:00 to 10:30, exclusively for rapid antigenic tests. No PCR test is available on Sundays.
